Pilates Instructor Opportunity | Khorfakkan City

We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join a beautiful, spacious studio in Khorfakkan City, Sharjah (about a 40 minute drive from Dubai).

The package:

1. Tax-free monthly salary 9,000 - 10,000 AED (approximately US$ 2,450 - 2,720)
2. Commission to be discussed in the interview

7. Transport within Khorfakkan City - to studio and back if needed

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

1. Reformer Pilates Certification
2. Minimum 1 year experience
3. English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)
4. Friendly, welcoming & patient

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct group and one-on-one Reformer sessions, tailoring programs to meet clients’ individual needs.
2. Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and motivated.
3. Lead clients through safe and effective Pilates exercises, emphasizing proper form and technique.
4. Assist in the development of new classes and programs to attract and retain clients.
5. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to help grow the studio’s client base.
