Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Pilates Instructor to join our client's private company in Abu Dhabi.

As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group Pilates classes, conducting private sessions, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement safe, effective, and enjoyable Pilates classes and private sessions for clients of all fitness levels.
2. Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
3. Monitor clients' progress and adjust workouts accordingly.
4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and a code of conduct.

Requirements:

1. Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience.
3. Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, exercises, and modifications for various fitness levels and injuries.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
6. Preferably Russians, but anyone is welcome to apply.
