We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have at least two plus years of hands-on experience in providing physical therapy services to patients. As an experienced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering effective rehabilitation services to help patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment:
Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients' physical conditions, including medical history, range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.
Use diagnostic tools and tests to identify the root causes of patients' musculoskeletal problems.
Treatment Planning:
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
Set achievable rehabilitation goals and timelines in collaboration with patients.
Rehabilitation:
Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
Administer manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises as appropriate.
Monitoring Progress:
Continuously evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and self-management techniques.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
Education and Training:
Stay current with the latest developments in physiotherapy through ongoing professional development and training.
May provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff or students as needed.
Advocate for the well-being and rights of patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
DHA Liscence
State or regional licensure as a practicing Physiotherapist.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and modalities.
