As a Consultant in Family Medicine, you will diagnose and manage a wide array of health conditions while also focusing on health promotion and disease prevention strategies. Your expertise will contribute significantly to patient outcomes and overall community well-being.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed evaluations and assessments of patients' health
• Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide preventive healthcare services, including routine check-ups and immunizations
• Guide patients towards healthier lifestyle choices and self-management of their conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation following healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing education to stay current with medical advancements and techniques

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, with board certification in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited family medicine residency
• Experience in primary care settings, managing a variety of health issues
• Strong clinical knowledge of family medicine and public health policies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team and also independently
• Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
