Regarding the Duty: The main objective of this duty is to execute methods based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) throughout 1:1 therapy sessions with children with autism as well as related conditions.
Trick Obligations:
Implement strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the center, home, or school setups based upon organized and personalized treatment programs designed by a Professional Supervisor.
Conduct ability procurement programs and behavior plans to instruct children with autism language, play, social, self-help, and scholastic skills while minimizing the event of maladaptive habits.
Gather data and maintain paperwork concerning each youngster's program.
Provide continuous support within each customer's individual program, ensuring ongoing progress towards realizing their optimal potential based on recommendations from Clinical Supervisors.
Join facility meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or Physical Therapy.
Previous experience in ABA and working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is desirable. However, if you are passionate about working with children and/or are a graduate student seeking hands-on experience, you are welcome to apply.
