ABOUT THE ROLE

The Real Estate Photographer / Videographer is responsible for taking high-quality photographs and videos of properties for Unique Properties, an award-winning real estate brokerage firm in Dubai with over 17 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate photography and videography, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take high-quality photographs of properties, both interior and exterior
• Edit photographs to ensure they meet the desired standards
• Maintain and operate photography equipment and responsible to set up, manages and operate various production equipment including cameras, lenses, drones, audio/video recorders, lighting equipment, tripod and all video production accessories etc.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in real estate photography
• Take photographs of award ceremonies with developers and internal meetings
• Take profile headshots of employees, new joiners, and group shots
• Edit and deliver photos to clients in a timely manner
• Conceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging video content
• Responsible to manage video production schedules and meet deadlines for each video production task
• Responsible for doing all sort of videography for the company, including real estate videography, corporate event videos, corporate communication videos, social media videos etc.
• Manages all stages of videography including planning, conceptualization, scheduling, production and video editing
• Be able to direct the videography in coordination with the script
• Responsible for editing videos
• Responsible to capture professional quality audio in pair with each video
• Be able to edit and enhance videos using the latest industry standard software such as adobe premiere pro, adobe after effects, adobe Photoshop etc.
• Responsible to coordinate with portals team to provide them real estate videos and photographs
• Responsible to reach to production site in timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate photography and videography
• UAE Driving License and car
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and After Effects (Dialogue cutting, editing consultant and trouble-shooter) Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Mac user mandatory
• Knowledgeable in visual effects
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and editing
• Video animation and content marketing would be a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
