We are on the lookout for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team, someone who is imaginative, and can deliver content for use across multiple platforms.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Work closely with our creative team to produce visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Capture high-quality images for various purposes, including product photography, event photography, corporate portraits, and lifestyle shots.
• Plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and props are prepared.
• Edit and retouch photos using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Maintain an organized archive of all images and ensure backups are regularly updated.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a range of uses, including promotional videos, social media content, interviews, and events.
• Work with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts for video projects.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, ensuring high production quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for photo and video projects.
• Attend meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of visual content strategies.
• Organize and manage a digital library of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in photography and videography techniques.

What are we on the lookout for?

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work. Real-Estate Experience is a plus
• Proficiency in using professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Excellent eye for detail and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.
