Photographer Videographer

We re a property management company in Dubai seeking a super talented creative and versatile photographer & videographer to join our creative team. This role is a fulltime position and we offer competitive compensation with a base salary of AED plus multiple performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

You ll:

• Lead photography and videography projects from concept to final delivery managing both apartments office and on-location shoots across Dubai.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our vacation rentals and Airbnb properties while also producing content for advertising campaigns personal branding and marketing materials.
• Maintain and operate professional camera equipment lighting systems and other photography/videography gear.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality content that meets brand guidelines.
• Perform post-production editing of photos and videos including colour correction/grading retouching and basic motion graphics.
• Maintain an efficient and organized filing system for all raw media & footage.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in both photography and videography.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both photography and videography.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Lightroom Premiere Pro).
• Experience with professional camera equipment (DSLRs mirrorless cameras video cameras).
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques composition and colour theory.
• Preferably based in Dubai.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of manual camera operations and exposure settings.
• Proficient in studio and outdoor lighting setups.
• Experience with drone photography/videography (DJI certification preferred).
• Knowledge of 4K video production and editing.
• Understanding of audio recording for video production.
• Familiarity with current industry trends and technologies.
