Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative photographer to join the LivBNB team. As a photographer, you will play a key role in capturing the essence of each property, from cozy studio apartments to luxurious villas. Your photographs will help potential guests visualize their experience and feel connected to our offerings before they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography: Capture high-quality images of LivBNB properties, showcasing the unique features, ambiance, and layout that align with our brand's aesthetic and standards.
• Styling and Setup: Ensure each property is photo-ready by arranging furniture, accessories, and lighting to highlight the space's best features.
• Editing and Post-Production: Perform post-production tasks, including color correction, retouching, and editing, to ensure images meet LivBNB's quality standards.
• Storytelling Through Imagery: Create a visual narrative for each property, capturing the lifestyle appeal of the space and its surroundings to enhance booking appeal.
• Collaboration: Work closely with property owners and the LivBNB marketing team to understand the vision for each shoot and ensure it aligns with brand goals.
• Consistency: Adhere to LivBNB's established photography guidelines to maintain a cohesive and appealing look across all property listings.
• File Management: Organize and manage digital files for easy access and archiving.

Qualifications:

• Proven Photography Experience: Portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate, interior, or architectural photography.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting, and software for photo editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to capture spaces in a way that is visually appealing, true-to-life, and consistent with LivBNB's branding.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with property owners and LivBNB staff.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, with flexible scheduling to accommodate property availability.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges, such as tricky lighting situations, spatial limitations, or last-minute changes, with resourcefulness and adaptability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Vacation Rental Photography: Understanding the unique challenges and nuances of vacation rental or hospitality photography.
• Knowledge of LivBNB Market Trends: Familiarity with current trends in vacation rental and real estate photography.
• Drone Photography or Videography Skills (optional): Experience with drone footage for aerial shots and video content is a plus.
