Phlebotomist - Part Time (English Speaking)

We are currently seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a part-time position that is open to both Indian and African nationals who are fluent in English. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and preparing samples for testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood samples from patients
2. Prepare samples for laboratory testing and analysis
3. Label and track samples accurately
4. Maintain proper infection control measures during procedures
5. Verify patient information and ensure their comfort during the procedure
6. Educate patients on proper blood sample collection procedures
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Phlebotomist
2. Certification in Phlebotomy preferred
3. Fluent in English (verbal and written)
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to patients
5. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sample labeling
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
