Phlebotomist job in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but an eagerness to learn and grow.

The Phlebotomist's primary responsibilities include:

1. Drawing blood samples from patients.
2. Labeling and preparing samples for transport to the laboratory for analysis.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all specimens.
4. Answering patient questions about procedures.
5. Providing emotional support to anxious patients.
6. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
7. Performing follow-up calls with patients post-procedure.
8. Adhering to all health care regulations.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, have an excellent attention to detail, a compassionate nature when dealing with patients, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. They should also be computer literate and familiar with laboratory safety procedures.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrants as well as local applicants who meet the specified criteria.
