Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist Job Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable working with needles, and have an understanding of medical terminology. The salary offered is 1200 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants as well.

Responsibilities

1. Perform venipunctures and other phlebotomy procedures such as skin punctures, preparing specimens for testing.
2. Properly label samples in accordance with established protocols.
3. Process specimens according to laboratory procedures.
4. Maintain high standards of quality control.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
6. Enter specimen data into the laboratory computer system.
7. Assist medical staff with other duties as needed.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent certification.
2. At least two years of experience working with needles in a clinical setting.
3. Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
