We are looking for a qualified Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy course (preferred)
3. At least 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist (preferred)
4. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different types of people
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

1. Collect blood samples from patients in accordance with safety protocols and procedures
2. Label collected specimens accurately according to applicable lab protocols
3. Prepare sample collection materials such as needles, vials, syringes, etc.
4. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
5. Follow established protocols for specimen collection, handling, testing, storage and disposal
