Required Qualifications And Competencies
PhD in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
At least five years of effective teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels in tourism or related areas.
A strong research record with publications in internationally ranked, peer-reviewed journals with a solid impact factor or indexed in Scopus.
Experience supervising graduation projects, as well as master’s and doctoral theses/dissertations.
Proven ability to establish partnerships with industry and community stakeholders to enhance academic and research collaboration.
A track record of service to the university and the wider academic community.
Preference for candidates with experience in online/e-learning environments and digital pedagogical methods.
Ability to integrate computer technology effectively into tourism education and research.
