Key Responsibilities

1. Teach and develop Human Resource Management courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, incorporating real-world case studies and best practices.
2. Conduct high-quality research and publish in internationally ranked, peer-reviewed journals.
3. Supervise and mentor students in research projects, master’s theses, and doctoral dissertations, ensuring academic excellence.
4. Continuously review and update curricula to align with industry developments, accreditation requirements, and innovative teaching strategies.
5. Participate in academic accreditation and quality assurance processes, maintaining alignment with international education standards.
6. Lead advanced research projects and technical initiatives related to Human Resource Management, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
7. Establish and strengthen partnerships with businesses, industry leaders, and professional bodies to enhance student employability and research opportunities.
8. Represent UKF at international conferences, workshops, and academic events, promoting institutional research and knowledge exchange.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

1. A PhD in Human Resource Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the university level, demonstrating strong pedagogical skills.
3. A proven research record with publications in internationally ranked, peer-reviewed journals.
4. Experience in supervising graduation projects, master’s research, and doctoral theses.
5. Ability to develop engaging and interactive curricula using modern teaching technologies.
6. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and the application of artificial intelligence in teaching.
7. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and blended learning environments, with a preference for candidates who have experience in online education.
8. Strong understanding of accreditation standards, curriculum design, and academic quality assurance.
9. Industry experience or professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous.
