Job description

A Pharmacist in Dubai, UAE plays a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients. They are responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication counseling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of drugs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Medication Dispensing: Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, following the established guidelines and legal requirements.
  2. Medication Counseling: Provide medication counseling to patients, explaining the proper use, dosage, potential side effects, and precautions associated with prescribed medications.
  3. Prescription Review: Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions, checking for potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of medications, monitoring expiration dates, and organizing storage.

  6. Drug Information: Stay updated on the latest drug information, including new medications, dosage forms, and treatment guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
