Petroleum Engineer

Petroleum Engineer in Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must possess a degree or equivalent in petroleum engineering and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the same role.

The Petroleum Engineer will be responsible for:

1. Designing, planning and overseeing the development and production of oil and gas fields.
2. Assessing new fields and developing enhanced recovery plans.
3. Designing well completion strategies and optimizing production systems.
4. Performing reservoir studies to maximize output.
5. Applying knowledge of geology, chemistry, and physics to contribute to the overall success of the company.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Excellent problem-solving skills.
2. Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
3. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
4. A good knowledge of computers, particularly with regard to software specific to production engineering and analysis.

This position offers a salary of 1400 per month plus benefits including medical insurance and relocation assistance (if needed).
