Key Responsibilities:

2. Drilling and well completion: Design and oversee drilling and well completion operations, including wellbore placement, casing design, and selection of drilling fluids. Collaborate with drilling teams to ensure safe and efficient well construction.
3. Production optimization: Monitor and analyze production data, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement strategies to increase well productivity and recovery rates. This may involve using techniques like artificial lift systems and enhanced oil recovery methods.
4. Well integrity and maintenance: Conduct well integrity assessments, implement maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Perform periodic inspections and tests to identify potential risks and ensure the integrity of well structures and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile
