YNAP Middle East is now seeking an exceptionally talented Emirati Personal Shopping Intern to join the Personal Shopping MR PORTER team.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  1. Provide a full customer service.
  2. Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies, etc.
  3. Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion.
  4. Support the Personal Shopper to close sales.
  5. Help with creating dedicated edits for our customers with product images, product details, and pricing.
  6. Outline the service benefits to unengaged customers and ensure the Personal Shoppers follow up with an email/phone call.
  7. Create customer profiles for the team in order to offer the right product.
  8. Ad-hoc stock search and check stock levels of key products.
  9. Help the Personal Shopper with stock requests for customer appointments.
  10. Organise and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers.
  11. Assist with events set up, participation, and take down.
  12. Process orders, pre-orders, and reservations of product when needed.
  13. Look after a Personal Shopper’s customers when on holiday/absent.
  14. Customers list admin maintenance.
  15. Enrol new customers through acquisition projects as required.

The type of person we are looking for:

  1. UAE National with Family Book.
  2. A flexible, positive, and keen team player.
  3. Strong interest in Fashion.
  4. Bilingual skills in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with regular glowing customer feedback.
  6. Organised and proactive.
  7. The aptitude to go above and beyond at all times, for both internal and external customers.
  8. Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Proficiency in building positive and influential internal relationships with other teams, to ensure support with prompt resolution of issues.
  10. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
