Job description

We are looking for the profile of Personal Assistant for the Managing Director of the company.

Please find below the Job Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate must have a passport, and ready to travel as well.
  2. Candidate need to provide administrative support and acts as a liaison between the managing director and others.
  3. Candidate should be able to do Calendar management: Schedule and prioritize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Answer phones, emails, and other correspondence.
  4. Need to do document preparation like Draft letters, reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
  5. Meeting coordination: Prepare agendas, collate papers, and take meeting minutes.
  6. Office management: Maintain filing systems, data storage, and office supplies.
  7. Travel arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
  8. Event coordination: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
  9. Follow-up: Ensure that actions are taken on agreed items.
  10. Client relations: Manage relationships with clients and vendors.

Skills and qualities:

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  3. Ability to handle confidential information adheres to policy and procedures.
  4. Proactive and resourceful attitude.
  5. Flexibility and ability to work beyond regular hours.
