Job Description

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports with professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
