We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant with a unique ability to balance both the business and personal life of our CEO. This is a dynamic role based in Dubai designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities: (Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Pre-Screening Answers is a Must)
Calendar Management & Scheduling: Efficiently manage daily schedules including scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring effective time management for the CEO.
Children's Schedule Management: Assist with managing the children's schedules and personal needs when necessary.
Email Management: Organize and respond to emails promptly, prioritizing important messages to ensure smooth communication.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and create detailed itineraries to support business and personal travel needs.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role (Pre-Screening Answers is a Must)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in various digital tools and platforms.
Experience in managing both professional and personal tasks for executives is preferred.
Knowledge in Asana and Zoho is an added advantage.
