Our client, a leading firm in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Brand Manager to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing and managing the personal brand of key executives within the organisation, leveraging digital platforms and social media to drive visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement personal branding strategies for executives, aligning with the company's overall brand and marketing objectives.
2. Create and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance data to optimize strategies and improve engagement and reach.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for thought leadership, including public speaking engagements, webinars, and articles.
5. Build and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in personal branding, social media, and digital marketing.
7. Provide training and guidance to executives on best practices in personal branding and social media engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proven experience in personal branding, social media management, and digital marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.
2. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, with a track record of creating engaging content that drives results.
3. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Results-driven mindset with a focus on measuring success and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
