Job description

Job Scope

We are looking for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to provide support to the Chairman in both his personal and professional life. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong and confident personality, and the ability to efficiently manage a variety of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Role Requirements

Professional Support:

  1. Manage and prioritize the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth coordination of work activities.
  2. Handle emails, letters, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and conferences.
  4. Assist with financial tracking, Excel reports, and administrative tasks.
  5. Coordinate and follow up on important tasks, deadlines, and business communications.
  6. Organize business travel and accommodations, ensuring all logistics are covered.
  7. Liaise with company lawyers on legal matters related to both the company and personal affairs.

Personal Support

  1. Manage the Chairman’s personal schedule, balancing work and personal commitments.
  2. Handle personal errands and ensure timely completion of personal requests.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in both business and personal matters.

Communication

  1. Act as a liaison between the Chairman and key stakeholders, maintaining a professional image at all times.
  2. Draft, review, and send important communication on behalf of the Chairman.

Required Technical Skills

  1. At least 10 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant role.
  2. Strong, firm personality with the ability to manage complex situations and demanding schedules.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Highly presentable with a polished, professional demeanor.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a strong grasp of financial reporting and administrative tasks.
  6. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
