Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support in day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  3. Assist with personal and professional tasks, such as travel arrangements, checking expiration of documents, and event coordination.
  4. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  6. Control documents, holiday controls, and leave controls.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Preferred:

  1. Experience working with senior-level executives.
  2. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
