Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Assist with personal and professional tasks, such as travel arrangements, checking expiration of documents, and event coordination.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Control documents, holiday controls, and leave controls.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Preferred:
- Experience working with senior-level executives.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
