Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales, including efficient calendar management and task prioritization.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and data reports, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint, to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle email communications, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate closely with sales staff and internal teams to ensure task completion and alignment on priorities.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentation design).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities with superior time-management skills.
- Self-starter with a strong personality, able to manage follow-ups effectively.
- Logistics industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
