Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director at Codego, located in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, diary management, and general administrative tasks to support the Director.

Qualifications

  1. Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  2. Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
  3. Clerical Skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  8. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
