Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Screening telephone calls, taking messages, and responding to queries.
  2. Arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for Clevel executives.
  3. Managing Clevel executives' personal and business diaries.
  4. Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
  5. Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
  6. Organizing fundraisers, staff appreciation functions, and other company events.
  7. Forwarding or replying to emails and correspondence addressed to Clevel executives.
  8. Compiling and submitting expense reports to Clevel executives.
  9. Performing personal errands for Clevel executives as required.
