The Personal Assistant - Arabic Speaker will provide comprehensive support to a senior executive or high-level management in a company. They will manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle correspondence. Additionally, they will prioritize and delegate tasks, prepare reports, and provide general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Arrange and coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Handle correspondence on behalf of the executive, including drafting emails and letters.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the executive.
Conduct research and gather information for meetings and presentations.
Maintain and update confidential files and documents.
Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes.
Provide general administrative support, such as coordinating office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
