Minimum Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Experience supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals is a plus.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Attributes: Highly reliable and adaptable with a proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work outside regular hours if necessary.
Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English, written and verbal.
Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high levels of discretion.
