Assists GMD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include:
2. Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
3. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
4. Organize and maintain GMD office filing system, both digital (using CRM/ERP systems) and non-digital (hard copies).
5. Communicate with the general staff, ExCom, and board on the GMD's behalf for various agenda items.
6. Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records of business development activities conducted by GMD and other matters related to GMD's scope.
7. Observe best business practices and etiquette and implement them to reflect GMD's image and quality in front of internal/external stakeholders of the group.
8. Administer all activities related to volunteering works of GMD that enable brand and reputation development and recognition.
9. Maintain social media accounts (mainly LinkedIn) by providing regular posts through uploading images and content and supporting the process through attending training and reading materials related to social media posting.
10. Conduct research on certain topics and subjects requested by GMD and compile information in a presentable format to be used for the organization or volunteering works.
11. Attend to business development activities conducted by GMD, which include drafting proposals, follow-ups, and handover to the Client Relations Department.
12. Maintain operation of PA scope in documentation format such as developing policy, procedure, and flowcharts to govern such operation for consistent outcomes when it comes to execution of all above points.
13. Accompany GMD to meetings and events outside of the office site during working days/hours.
14. Manage GMD's personal schedules/appointments not related to work.
