2.Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, such asmanaging appointments, shopping, and other personal matters.
3.Email and Correspondence: Handle and filter incoming emails, draftresponses, and maintain clear communication on behalf of the executive.Organize and manage digital communication effectively.
4.Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, anddocumentation. Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and followup on action items.
5.Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents,files, logs, and records in both physical and digital formats. Ensureconfidentiality and data security.
6.Income/Expense Tracking: Manage income/expense reports, receipts, andreimbursements. Keep accurate records and assist in financial tracking.
7.Research and Information Gathering: Conduct research on various topics,compile reports, and provide summaries for decision-making purposes.
8.Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the executiveand internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective and professionalcommunication.
9. Inventory and Asset/Stock Management: Keep an efficient management of inventory and assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishments as needed to support the organization's operational needs.
10. Educational Program Support: Assist in the coordination and facilitation of our educational programs, including event planning, communication, and animation.
11. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips and personal travel. Provide comprehensive travel packages with all necessary details.
