Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  4. Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  5. Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed
  6. Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles
  2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
