Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the General Manager (GM) in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GM's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the GM.
  • Ensure timely reminders for meetings, deadlines, and other critical tasks.
  • Schedule, organize, and attend meetings as required, taking notes and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Act as a point of contact between the GM and employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Take on special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned by the GM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, calendar management tools).
