Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to senior members, including managing their schedules, appointments, and personal commitments.
- Remind and coordinate important personal events, ensuring they are well-prepared and organized.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for personal trips, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Arrange and manage car services for registration, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Serve as a point of contact for personal matters, effectively liaising between the executives and external parties.
- Manage incoming calls and emails related to personal affairs.
- Assist in planning and organizing personal events, gatherings, and celebrations.
- Source and coordinate details for special occasions.
- Prioritize and manage tasks based on the executives' personal and professional needs.
- Provide gentle reminders for important deadlines and commitments.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a high-profile or executive setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
