Periodontist Specialist

About The Role
As a Specialist in Periodontics at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized periodontal care to our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and conditions affecting the gums and supporting structures of the teeth. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the overall oral health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patients' dental and medical history to diagnose and treat periodontal diseases and conditions.
2. Perform scaling and root planing procedures to treat and manage periodontal diseases.
3. Conduct surgical procedures, such as gum grafting and dental implant placement.
4. Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
5. Collaborate with other dental specialists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of periodontics through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

1. Dental degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist in Periodontics.
2. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases and conditions.
3. Strong knowledge and expertise in performing scaling and root planing procedures.
4. Familiarity with surgical procedures, such as gum grafting and dental implant placement.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and colleague interaction.
6. Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex periodontal cases.
