Performance Test Engineer

Role: Lead Software Engineer

Skill: Performance Testing – Jmeter, Load Runner, Grafana, Appdynamics, Dynatrace, performance scripting

Description:

1. The Performance Test Engineer will work closely with Managers and Architects.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
3. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
4. Develop and maintain performance test scripts.
5. Execute different types of tests and identify bottlenecks.
6. Collaborate with application and TCOE teams to develop performance test plans and review them with the scrum team.
7. Analyze test results, configure analysis graphs, and create performance test results reports.
8. Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
9. Minimum of 3 years working experience in JMeter.
10. Strong Load Runner experience (minimum 2 years) / Performance Center Script Creation and Execution.
11. Experience in middleware testing (MQ and Web services).
12. Experience with the following protocols: HTTP/HTML, Ajax TruClient, etc.
13. Strong knowledge in analyzing Heap and Thread dumps.
