Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to tmart Performance at all levels, and run required deep dive investigations.
Support in analyzing and managing P&L; gather and analyze data to articulate points of view and support recommendations.
Proactively come up with suggestions to improve overall business performance.
Lead efforts on monthly performance reviews preparation as well as any performance-related report.
Run various analyses backed by data to better understand platform patterns, consumer behavior, marketing performance, promotions performance, etc.
Act as a safeguard of all dashboards, reports, and tools required to monitor performance.
Strategic problem solving - help in identifying and devising current challenges and future opportunities.
Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals; closely monitor the performance of those during and after project launch to measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
Put in place project management governance and develop framework.
