Title: Performance Specialist (KPIs and Recruitment Expertise)

About the Role

Experienced Performance Specialist required to join a leading holding group in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting, monitoring, and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple business units while contributing to the recruitment strategy. This dual-focused role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in performance management and talent acquisition within large, complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

  1. Develop and implement performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with the holding group's strategic objectives.
  2. Set measurable and actionable KPIs for individual employees, teams, and business units, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPI performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to establish a culture of continuous performance improvement.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and support managers in assessing team and individual performance against established metrics.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  1. Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
  2. Lead the recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input on workforce planning.
  4. Design and implement effective tools and processes to enhance the candidate experience and employer branding.
  5. Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Collaboration and Reporting

  1. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on performance and talent acquisition matters.
  2. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders on KPI trends and recruitment metrics.
  3. Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to ensure alignment across performance and recruitment initiatives.
  4. Facilitate training sessions to educate staff and managers on KPI frameworks and recruitment best practices.
