Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, particularly focused on Google Ads and paid social media. You will support the team in driving quality traffic, generating leads, and optimizing ad spend to meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and leads.
  • Keyword Research & Ad Copy Optimization: Conduct keyword research and help create ad copy and creative elements tailored to audience targeting.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, provide daily/weekly reports, and suggest actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Support in the management and allocation of campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective advertising.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine ad copy, banners, and other creatives based on campaign performance.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Assist in researching competitor campaigns and industry trends to suggest improvements or new strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Assist in the planning and execution of A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the team to continually optimize and improve campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Interest or experience in the financial services or trading industry is a plus.
