The Growth Team
Our Growth team runs strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company's customer base, optimizing revenue streams, and maximizing overall business growth. This dynamic team focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies to achieve measurable results across various channels and stages of the customer journey.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth team. In this role, you will primarily focus on media buying and campaign execution across major digital channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and Snapchat.
What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for supporting the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in mobile marketing and familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust or AppsFlyer. Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Plan, create, and upload digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Snapchat.
- Regularly upload creatives, set up audiences, manage budgets, and perform basic optimizations to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure targets are met; make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct basic reporting on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.) and maintain tracking hygiene using MMP tools (Adjust/Appsflyer).
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with campaign objectives.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in paid media channels.
- Provide basic copywriting support for ad creatives and landing pages.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms required; familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and X Ads is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of mobile app marketing strategies and MMPs (Adjust or AppsFlyer).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable analyzing data from various platforms to drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
- Basic copywriting skills for ad content creation.
- Fluent Arabic speaker; strong English communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and native advertising channels.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio for dashboards.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Segment or any other tag manager.
