Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability and continuous improvement across departments.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on performance indicators and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear performance benchmarks and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits of performance data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to cultivate a performance-oriented culture and promote knowledge sharing.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance management to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, analytics, or a related area within a corporate environment.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or Six Sigma are advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to enhance communication with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present findings and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong team-building capabilities.
