We are seeking a Performance Management Officer to develop, implement, and manage performance evaluation systems that align employee goals with organizational objectives. This role will focus on improving productivity, employee development, and engagement through effective performance management processes, while also monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring continuous communication with managers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement performance management systems that align individual and company goals.
Monitor and track KPIs to assess individual and team performance.
Coordinate and oversee performance reviews, ensuring actionable feedback.
Facilitate communication between managers and employees to ensure alignment on performance expectations.
Assist managers in setting SMART goals and provide development plans.
Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports to leadership.
Offer training and support to managers on performance management best practices.
Ensure the system adheres to legal standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in performance management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of performance management systems, excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
