Position: Performance Management Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 4-10 years

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or related HR functions.
3. Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
6. Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software.
7. Certification in performance management or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
