Skills Provision is searching for a Performance Management Consultant to work for a leading company in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the company’s performance management system.

The Role

• Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of the overall Department performance measurement system.
• Coordinate with Department Heads to develop and implement processes which integrate strategic planning, operational action planning, budget planning and performance management.
• Coordinate with Department Heads to develop and set key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and manage a planning and performance management system which develops, tracks and monitors priorities, goals and performance metrics.
• Capture, assess and report on performance measurements to the Planning and Performance Team.
• Ensure effective coordination and understanding of performance management processes through regular meetings with stakeholders and department-wide communications.
• Support the publication of the Annual Report by providing inputs from the performance management plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited institute, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of performance management.
• Experience in developing and coordinating performance management for an organisation undergoing transformation.
• Ability to use performance management software to collect data on key performance indicators and monitor progress.
• Ability to supervise and provide leadership to individuals as well as groups of employees.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
