In this challenging role, you will be responsible for analyzing corporate performance, business modeling, driving cost reductions, revenue growth, and profitability improvements for your client in high-stakes situations. What you'll need

1. Eight to ten years of experience, preferably with a mix of consulting and industry within the UAE. Consulting experience is a must.
2. Specific experience in a range of business-critical topics such as cost optimization, working capital management, operations improvement, M&A, and profitable top-line growth.
3. A track record of delivering hands-on, quality work products in multiple work streams, and the ability to take full responsibility for several areas.
4. Master's degree and MBA with evidence of strong academic success. Degree(s) in Business, Finance, Engineering (or foreign equivalent) preferable.
5. Extraordinary analytical and critical thinking skills.
6. Advanced written communication skills experienced with preparing client-ready documents as well as structuring and developing presentation materials.
7. Extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience working and communicating directly with senior executives and staff.
8. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database applications, and other related tools.
9. Fluency in English is critical; Arabic knowledge would be advantageous.
10. Excellent relationship management with stakeholders; proven team working attitude and potential leadership skills.
11. High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment.
12. Willingness to travel extensively.
13. You will have a work permit for UAE and Saudi or be able to obtain such (administrative support will be provided by AlixPartners to obtain permits); in principle, ability to obtain work permit to travel and work across EU.
14. Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
15. Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment.
