We’re looking for a People Mobility Partner to support management and development of our fast-growing teams. A professional who’ll take our HR strategies to the next level. A master of Immigration / Income Tax / Local Labour laws / Assignment life cycle Compliance with experience as a Mobility Head (at Global or Country level). An experienced and passionate person who loves to grow and help others do the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and coordinating the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, immigration, and compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations in the UAE.
  • Coordinating and managing work permit and visa applications, including supporting documentation and compliance checks.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.
  • Driving Mobility processes’ automation projects and embedding them within HR systems.
  • Being a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of international assignment processes, including work permits, visas, and relocation logistics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth company.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Results-driven and numbers-oriented working style.
  • Extensive knowledge of local labour laws.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Tax knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Understanding of Mobility Policies: Knowledge of relocation policies, international assignments, and expatriate management, including tax implications and legal considerations.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees, managers, and external partners (e.g., relocation services, immigration specialists).

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to provide information, guidance, and support to employees regarding mobility processes.

  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity to the needs of relocating employees and their families.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple mobility assignments simultaneously, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the mobility process.

  • Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms for relocation services.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data related to mobility programs, assess their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.

  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and compliance issues related to employee mobility and relocation.

  • Change Management: Skills in managing change and supporting employees through the transition process, helping them adapt to new environments.
