People & Culture Lead - Creative Services

We are a boutique, design-led art consultancy based in Dubai, delivering curated creative experiences across luxury hospitality, residential, and commercial spaces. Our work sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and collaboration—bringing visionary concepts to life from strategy through to styling.

The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Lead, People and Culture to join our growing team. This is not a traditional HR role—we’re seeking someone who can nurture a high-performing, creative environment while aligning people strategy with our broader creative and business vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a people strategy that fosters creativity, inclusion, and growth
• Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
• Champion an engaging, values-led culture that supports both artists and consultants
• Lead internal engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs
• Partner with leadership on strategic people planning and organizational development
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
• Provide hands-on support in HR operations, compliance, and systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture, ideally within creative industries (design, media, arts, fashion, branding, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead people initiatives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Strategic mindset with a people-first approach and strong emotional intelligence
• Experience working with creative teams and senior leadership
• Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
