As a People and Performance Advisor, you will work within the People team to champion employee experience, foster professional development, and deliver exceptional People services that align with Cencorp’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
People Innovation and Operations
- Support initiatives to digitize and streamline People processes, bringing creative solutions to elevate the employee lifecycle experience.
- Develop and manage People dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner with the finance team to design flexible benefits and rewards programs tailored to employee needs.
- Ensure all People practices comply with UAE labor laws while exploring innovative approaches to people management.
Building a Thriving Culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out programs that promote a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
- Be the go-to advisor for team leads, coaching them to handle people challenges with empathy and precision.
- Spearhead the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring measurable impact.
- Coordinate quarterly "Culture Check-Ins" to gauge employee satisfaction and recommend action plans.
Creating Memorable Employee Experiences
- Support the onboarding journey, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, valued, and set up for success.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events.
- Serve as the People brand ambassador, championing Cencorp’s culture internally and externally.
Driving Leadership Impact
- Collaborate with the People team to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
- Partner with managers to navigate complex people matters, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Act as a change agent, helping leaders communicate and implement organizational shifts effectively.
- Represent the People team in cross-departmental meetings and actively contribute to business strategy discussions.
What You Bring to the Role:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like CIPD/SHRM are a plus).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or advisory role.
- A passion for people-first leadership, with a proven ability to build trust and inspire teams.
- A flair for creativity and innovation in HR programs and processes.
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience navigating multicultural environments.
- Strong data and analytical skills to drive HR decisions with insight and precision.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
