The PC Builds Sales Development Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by focusing on developing our online and offline sales of pre-built and customized PCs. This role is ideal for a sales person with a personal interest in PCs and IT hardware, and a history of PC assembly, either professionally or for personal projects. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of IT components, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management : Becoming an advocate and consultant for PC assembly customers. Generate leads and research prospects for new customer acquisition. Visit potential new customers to present proposal offers and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Sales and Business Development Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales expansion initiatives. Create and execute plans for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.
Sales Goals and Performance : Meet personal sales targets and assist the sales team in achieving their goals. Prepare and send quotes and proposals to prospective clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Sales Process Optimization : Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize CRM and sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Product Knowledge and Customization : Leverage your knowledge of IT components to assist customers in selecting and customizing PCs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PC hardware. Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding PC builds and configurations.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Basic understanding of IT components is a must.
Experience :
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales development role, with a focus on PCs and IT hardware.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales pipeline.
Experience in PC assembly, either professionally or for personal projects, is highly desirable.
Skills :
Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being an advantage.
Strong understanding of PC components and the needs of the PC repair and assembling industry.
Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Up-to-date knowledge of IT equipment and industry trends.

Valid UAE driving license.
